Cancellation Policy

No refunds after payment has been received although you can re-schedule your booking if you cannot make the session you booked. Re-scheduling is only permitted if requested up to 3 hours before the start of the call. If no show of the client after 10 minutes into the session, the session will be cancelled without any refund and regarded as a service delivered and no refund or re-scheduling will be permitted.
