First Introduction Meeting. Brief Overview of Needs.
Service Description
We will focus on compatibility and suitability of Trustdad Services for your individual needs. We don't need to already go into the topic you want to talk about. But you can decide for yourself if you want to book a follow-up session (s). This session cannot be used for matters of a legal nature. For that you need to book an Online Session for Legal Matters (see the Book Now page). All online sessions will be via Zoom but a first session can be via Skype or Whatsapp if you have no knowledge of Zoom yet.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds after payment has been received although you can re-schedule your booking if you cannot make the session you booked. Re-scheduling is only permitted if requested up to 3 hours before the start of the call. If no show of the client after 10 minutes into the session, the session will be cancelled without any refund and regarded as a service delivered and no refund or re-scheduling will be permitted.
